Today, we’re excited to introduce Checkout from Chat — a new capability that allows shoppers to add products to their cart, manage their cart, and head directly to checkout without ever leaving the Remark conversation experience. For brands using Remark, this creates a more connected path from product discovery to purchase, all inside the chat experience shoppers are already using.
A more seamless path to purchase
Traditionally, even after receiving the right recommendation, shoppers still needed to jump between conversations, product pages, and cart flows to complete their purchase. Checkout from Chat helps remove that friction by keeping the buying journey connected from discovery to checkout.
Whether a shopper is comparing products, building a bundle of their favorite things on site, or asking follow-up questions before purchasing, the experience stays conversational, guided, and uninterrupted. The result is a faster, more intuitive path to purchase that helps shoppers act on recommendations the moment they’re ready.

Available now for Shopify brands
Shopper-initiated cart actions are available immediately for Shopify brands, meaning shoppers can already add products to their cart and proceed to checkout directly from the Remark conversation experience.
In addition, Cart Actions can also be configured to be AI powered. When enabled, the AI agent can add recommended products to a shopper’s cart during the conversation, helping shoppers move even more smoothly from discovery to purchase.
